APNTS "bridges cultures" to bring medical help to surrounding communities
Since its inception, the motto of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary has been "bridging cultures for Christ," believing that great things can be done as cultures partner together in Christ. This philosophy was recently epitomized as medical mission Work & Witness teams from Susanville, California, and Kiev, Ukraine, converged on the APNTS campus to partner with the school's Student Body Organization and the Supervised Ministry Class to bring free medical care, pharmaceuticals, and pastoral counseling services to the communities surrounding the school. read more

Nazarene churches in the Winnipeg area started Siloam Mission in 1987 as a volunteer-run outreach program and part-time soup kitchen that quickly evolved into a far-reaching ministry. read more

Point Loma Nazarene University's quest for a national title came up just short on a frigid Saturday evening when the unseeded Sea Lions lost to second-seed Lee University in the 26th annual NAIA Women's Soccer Championship Game, 2-0. The Sea Lions ended the year with a 15-5-4 overall record and finished as the improbable national runner-up. read more
